The major change form below is for all enrolled Mines undergraduate students who want to change their current major on record. Use the major change form below if you want to change to another major or different track within your major.

 Major changes and CASA advisor updates are processed weekly. Students whose change of major results in a change of faculty mentor (2nd years and up only) should see an update to their faculty mentor assignments in Trailhead within a month or two. Times will vary as faculty mentor updates are processed once per term. 

Incoming first year students will be asked to confirm their major choice through a survey in the Admissions portal. Contact the Admissions Office with any questions.
